Help us Help Windows Media Player Users

A strange thing happens when you put our newest CD, "Wordplay," into a PC and play it with the popular Windows Media Player (WMP).
As with most similar programs, WMP checks the internet for the titles of the songs (based on an album's "fingerprint" made up of the number of songs and their length). However, there's a glitch with WMP's database, and they report it as "New and Used Hits: Vol. 2," our 2005 "best-of" CD.
The songs that it plays are from "Wordplay," but the titles it shows on the screen are from "New & Used Hits."
We get about two emails a day telling us about this, and we haven't been able to get to the bottom of it. They don't use "GraceNote" like Apple's iTunes (and everyone in the world except Microsoft) uses, and we can't figure it out.
We have found that if you're not connected to the internet when you first insert the CD, WMP is able to read the "CD TEXT" that modern CDs have on them, and they get the titles right.
Many ApologetiX fans are frustrated by this and I just know that somewhere, someone knows someone who can figure this out for us. :)
