It never ceases to amaze us how God inspires and enables people in the midst of severe trials to encourage other people like us. Read this email we just received and you'll see what we mean:Dear friends in ApologetiX:
We have been fans of yours since purchasing a copy of Biblical Graffiti years ago in a Christian bookstore. You've done an awesome job with your band.
I'm writing to tell you that a year ago I was diagnosed with MDS, an incurable bone marrow disease. The only option was a two-year process of a bone marrow transplant. Thanks to the Lord I was given the opportunity for this transplant. I received it 12 days ago and will now be recovering for a year.
While I am living in a bubble environment for what will be months, I have a batch of your CDs to keep me company. They are a source of love and inspiration in what has been a difficult trial. But, my transplant cells were blessed before infusion and God is doing his part in making them work.
Thanks for all your hard work. We love you folks very much. My wife and I have seen you play at Soulfest and at a concert here in the Manchester NH area. Both were marvelous and filled with the love of Jesus. Shows like that are hard to find.
I have to thank you and the entire band for performing your music for such a long time. Your dedication is also an inspiration to me.
Marty Gingras
Manchester NH Please join us in praying for Marty. We hope you were as blessed by his email as we were.
