Fan Says Thanks for "Thankfully" Song & Video

We got this wonderful email from a fan in Ohio after she saw our "Thankfully" video this week. She gave us permission to share it with you:I haven't been to a show for way too long. I have to make it a point to do so now because I owe you all hugs.
This email is about the Thanksgiving song, "Thankfully." This is a very difficult time for me and my family. We lost our fearless leader, rock, and everybody's sweetheart, my daddy, in September. He was not perfect, but he was the most Christlike person I know.
Apparently he was to a lot of others, too, by the comments and stories so many people have shared with me since then. He fought the good fight and even showed the medical professionals how awesome our God is. He told us that either way he would always be a winner. He said when he opens his eyes tomorrow he will see either see his family or he will see Jesus. Win!
So as you can imagine, my mom and the rest of us are having a tough time celebrating (?) the first holiday without him. I even told a friend today that I don't feel thankful despite so many blessings I know I should be acknowledging.
Then I get your email with a Thanksgiving song and video. I thought it would be funny and I knew it would be great so I opened it up and played it. The picture of God's love and forgiveness demonstrated in the parable of the prodigal son has never shown brighter for me than it did today.
Jesus is why we can all be happy. If He had not shed his blood for the sins of the world, my Dad would not be with Him today. He DID open his eyes and saw Jesus this time. My dad is not sick, he has no tears, no pain, and he has a mansion!
Thank you for your diligence and faithfulness in spreading the message of God's love in such a creative and clear way! I plan on sitting down with my family tomorrow night and sharing the song/video with them. Hopefully they too will experience thankfulness in a way that means even more now.
God bless you and your family. Thank you for being such brilliant light in this dark world. I am also making you a promise to you that I will support your ministry every month starting Thanksgiving Day. Please keep doing what you're doing. Eternal lives depend on it!
Love and thankfulness,

P.S. You might remember me. I used to bring my pet skunk to your shows. :) Editor's note: Of course, we do Therese. She not only brought her skunk to our shows; she also brought her pet blue-tongued skink!
