New Clues for You: This Weekend's Single
Fri., Mar. 9. 2018 11:46am EST
We plan to release our sixth single of 2018 by Sunday night, Lord willing. Don't say we didn't warn ya! Here are your clues:
SONG #1
You may be fastidious about religion, but Isaiah 64:6 says our righteous deeds are like filthy rags. Sadly, many seem deaf forever to those words, hammered hard by iron-fisted religious rulers who lead them like lemmings, telling them to get back in line and march or die. Jesus offers rest for the restless, but the graceless get no sleep at all.
SONG #2
David's the star of First Samuel, but chapter 25 zeroes in on a relatively anonymous guy named Nabal. Only a few remember him, and it is because he was a perpetual drag who preferred gluttony to charity, which he considered a real waste of food. He was married to a beautiful girl named Abigail, who later became David's wife.
Once the new single is released, we'll announce it on our website, Facebook, and Twitter.
We currently have 100 other sets of downloads available for a donation of any size, including our previous release, "Going to Forget Our Bad Deeds" and "Selfish Sheep," featuring parodies of Simple Minds and The Offspring.
To get any of these projects, go to http://apologetix.com/store/singles.store.php#singles and select the download you want for whatever amount you wish to donate.
