Prayer Request Updates for Deb & Amy

Here are two prayer request updates concerning Karl's wife, Deb, and our friend Amy:
First from Deb:
Please continue to pray for my leg. While the surgery went well (he ended up releasing my peroneal nerve all the way from my knee to my ankle, not just halfway), there were a lot of complications with my epidoral and it stopped working twice, then they just pulled it altogether and tried using meds and a pain pump instead (which didn't work).
I was supposed to be in the hospital until Sunday, but they released me Saturday morning because they couldn't control the pain in the hospital so I might as well be home. So far the pain from the surgery has been at least double the last surgery, if not more. Just wiggling my toes makes me sick to my stomach. Your prayers for medical wisdom for my doctor and for my body to heal are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Second from Amy's friend Marla:
Amy's doing pretty well. She had a donor lymphocyte transfusion to help her immune system and her counts are at decent levels. Her main problem of late is having days of extreme fatigue. Her doctors' only explanation is that the infection that she was hospitalized for in June is a type that often leaves victims feeling especially tired for awhile thereafter.
However, since it's not every day that she feels wiped out, she's not sure if that explains the problem away or not. (And when you've been through as much as she has it's easy to fear the worst.) Please pray for her fatigue problem, that she'll gain strength, that she and Russ will be able to go to CA as planned, and that God will continue to work in her. Thank you all!
