Prayer Update from Our Friend Sylvia
Tue., Oct. 11. 2005 4:32pm EDT
We recently asked you to pray for our good friend and fan Sylvia Moore in Texas, who suffered a skull fracture September 22 and had to have emergency surgery. She sent this update on October 11:
Hey Everyone.
Well, I can tell that I am getting stronger every day. The room still spins when I lie down or get up but the spinning only lasts about 30 seconds. And:
WONDERS NEVER CEASE!!! I DO have a brain. :-p I always suspected as much. I have a brain and it's normal, I know, because I have a copy of the CT scans.!!! No, I can't dance around the corn field yet. I did have a mid-line shift but the Master Builder has put it back in place. Gee, I suddenly have this desire to watch "The Wizard of Oz".
I have an appointment with the ear doctor on Thursday. Hopefully he will be able to get rid of the continuing ringing in my right ear. Once I get my equilibrium back I'll be dancing down the yellow brick road. Unfortunately, that yellow brick road will not lead to any of the Texas concerts. Gee, four shows in Texas, and we won't be able to make even one.
Well, there will be other shows and I'm sure we will see ApologetiX in concert again. Hey, I can look forward to the 4th of July (in 2006).
Thanks again for the prayers. Ain't God good !!! :)
