Our long-time friend, J’Elvis came to help today. He did a great job on the jigsaw, skillfully carving out the rounded window ends from the plywood. But, he wanted to take a swing at screwing the plywood to the flat 1/4” steel framing with the self-tapping screws.
I guess I made it look easy, but this video killed me. One minute into the video and he still didn’t have the screw in and I had to hold the camera with one hand and reach in and push on the drill with the other to get the screw to go in.
In all fairness, he did get the hang of it, and was a big help and as always, fun to hang around with!
