Keith Loses Again on "Name That Dude"

As Shakespeare once wrote, "A rose by many other names would smell just as Keith." Well, that's not exactly what he said. However, our bass player, Keith Haynie does get called by many other names, and yet he still comes out smelling like a rose.
In one of life's great mysteries, many people get Keith's first name wrong, yet he's rarely called by the same wrong name more than once. This process is called "stanning," because it all started back in 1996 at a Waffle House in Georgia, when a waitress mistakenly called him "Stan." Since then, Keith has gone acquired 30 new first names.
This past Friday, he achieved a rare daily double, bringing his grand total of first names up to 32, when a fan in Bradenton mistakenly referred to Keith as "Billy" with two band members watching. When they asked him to repeat what he'd said to our lead guitarist, Karl Messner, the guy compounded the comedy by saying, "I don't know why they're laughing -- I just happened to call Pete 'Billy.'"
