This Past Weekend in PA & WV
Mon., Oct. 20. 2008 11:09pm EDT
A lot of people came to see our concerts this past weekend in Sewickley PA and Parsons WV -- but don't worry if you missed them. Things went so well that we're coming back to the general vicinity of both locales next month, with concerts in Upper St. Clair PA (10 miles from downtown Pittsburgh) on November 7 and Grafton WV (20-25 miles from Fairmont, Clarksburg, and Morgantown) on November 14.
Special thanks to:
Our concert coodinators: Stephan Bartling (Sewickley) and Chopper Evans (Parsons).
Our merchandise coordinators: Krista and Eve (Sewickley); and Robbie and Lora (Parsons).
Our bus driver: Rich "Aquaman" Polick (Parsons).
Our guest guitarist: Tom Milnes of the legendary Christian rock band H30.
Our roadies: Rich and Jerry (Sewickley and Parsons); (Brandon and Evan (Sewickley); and Nate (Parsons).
Here's a note we received afterward from the concert promoter in Sewickley:Thank you once again for making our first concert a smashing success. It was a pleasure to meet you and have you perform a concert to reached in people's hearts with the gospel of Christ.
Also thanks for your help in the setup and work prior to the concert in advertising and selling tickets. It was great to see our kids dancing and laughing to your songs. My son really enjoyed talking to Jimmy and the drum head he recieved.
May God continue to bless you richly in the future.
Stephan Bartling Here's another one from a first-timer at our Sewickley show:My wife, Marilyn, and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the concert. I can't say enough, you guys are fantastic! It's great to see the kids all so attentive and in-tune to the Word also. We purchased a few CD's and can't wait to share them with family and friends! We'll be purchasing more online for ourselves and for gifts.
