ApologetiX, Nashville & GMA Week
Sat., Apr. 15. 2000 2:24am EDT
Dear ApologetiX friends:
J. Jackson, lead singer for ApologetiX (That Christian Parody Band) here. Hey, as I told you earlier this week, I'll be in Nashville this coming week representing ApologetiX at Gospel Music Association (GMA) Week, along with our publicist, Kathleen Burke, and our concert promoter, Darrel Statema.
Consequently, I won't be getting e-mail until the day after Easter! Happy Easter, everybody! He is risen indeed!
In the meantime, if you have a pressing ApologetiX question/need, please e-mail our guitarist/producer, Karl Messner, at karl@apologetix.com.
We have some exciting things lined up for GMA week, including radio interviews, T.V. interviews/features and an interview with the Baptist Press, Southern Gospel Convention. Speaking of newspaper interviews, two nice printed articles on ApologetiX appeared today, and you can see them for yourself at http://www.timesonline.com/news/entertainment/4170415.htm and at www.crosswalk.com.
Although I'll be gone, there will be plenty of opportunities to hear me live on the radio this coming week. I'll be the guest co-host on WGCF in Paducah, KY (home of Steven Curtis Chapman) for four out of five days this week. For those of you who want to listen to an interview on the Net, my interview with WAY-FM in Nashville/Franklin, will be broadcast on www.wayfm.com. Here's a schedule

CAMPUS LIFE & HM MAGAZINE
By the way, here's an advance tip: The latest ApologetiX CD, "Biblical Graffiti," got a favorable review in the Mar/April issue of "HM Magazine," and the May/June issue has a half-page feature on us. Also, the May issue of "Campus Life" is slated to have a review of "Biblical Graffiti." There's lots and lots of other exciting news going on around here, but we can't tell you it all yet! Please keep us in your prayers, and thanks for your past prayers!
Apologetically,
