This Past Weekend in NC & SC
Tue., Mar. 16. 2010 8:31am EDT
Carolina was sweet this past weekend at our concerts in Bessemer City NC and Walterboro SC. In fact, good times never seemed so good, thanks to the great southern hospitality and enthusiastic audiences we enjoyed.
Here's a touching email we received afterward:What a pleasure it was for my wife and I to attend the concert last night in Bessemer City. As I told you, my father passed away last Sunday. I preached 2 funerals for this great WWII Veteranof Pearl Harbor. It was a very emotional week for all of us. Friday night allowed us to worship the Lord in a very special way. Thank you for coming all the way to NC--just for us!
Marvin Wiley
Hickory NC Here are some nice emails we received afterward from our concert promoters::We enjoyed hosting the band, and the concert went really well, I thought. I heard several postive comments Sunday morning about having you guys back this Fall. I don't know how strategically you have to plan, but we can either plan for the Fall or for next Spring.

Bessemer City NC
It was a great evening, and people are still talking about the great time they had. One little boy has refused to wash his arms because of his autographs! My daughter washed hers (per Mama) but then traced them back on! We found that we had folks come from as far away as Columbia (100 miles).
If ya'll (southern!) are willing, we would like to try it again in the near future. Lots of people said they would love to have another concert! Thanks for the ministry that you guys have! God has surely blessed you!
