Keith Goes for Extra Basses

Last Saturday's show in Bennington VT was bassist Keith Haynie's 1100th concert with ApologetiX. The happily married father of three has played at least two concerts in all 50 states.
In case you haven't seen ApologetiX lately, Keith has been sporting a new bass since February -- an Epiphone Thunderbird Pro IV. His previous bass had served him since 2001, but the truss rod broke, rendering almost unusable.
Keith's first official concert with ApologetiX was our 126th concert in Weston WV on October 26, 1995. His first appearance on stage with the band, however, was three years earlier -- filling in on some bass songs at our 24th concert in Cranberry Township PA on December 22, 1992.
