This Past Tuesday in PA
Wed., Aug. 4. 2010 10:34pm EDT
On August 3, we played a rare Tuesday night concert in New Brighton PA, birthplace of Jimmy "Vegas" Tanner and former Major League baseball star Jack Clark.
The free outdoor concert was sponsored by New Brighton Borough and was well attended and well received. We didn't have to worry about the police coming in case of noise complaints, because they were already there. In fact, they were the ones who first contacted us about coming!
The fire department was on hand, too, and graciously gave our guitarist Tom Milnes a ride in their tower ladder. They also helped us by providing bright lights for us to pack up after the concert.
Special thanks to:
Our concert coordinator: Brian Speers
Our merchandise coordinators: Marie, Krista, and Abby
Our sound and light crew: Spackford and Son
Our roadies: The Brothers Gross and Rich
