This Past Weekend in NC & GA
Wed., Sep. 22. 2010 10:35pm EDT
We celebrated Tom Tincha's birthday this past weekend with full houses in Lincolnton NC (near Charlotte) and Alpharetta GA (near Atlanta). Here are some nice follow-up emails we received from our concert coordinators:It was worth every bit of it, hope that we can do it again.
Everybody at church Sunday was still talking about Friday night, about how awesome of a time that they had at your concert. They made sure to tell the people about it that didn't get to come see you guys. Everyone of you guys are cool and down to earth, awesome bunch of guys. Please don't ever give up or quit what you guys are doing.

The congregation is still buzzing like crazy this morning. Great feedback! We had a fantastic time. The congregation was thrilled at how many guests and visitors came to our church for the show. The testimony is the most important part of the evening. Your music draws people in to see the show. but the message delivered both in the music and especially when you break and address the crowd is what motivates me to serve for you. And you delivered (as always) in spades.

Alpharetta GA Here's some great email encouragement we received from fans afterward:Attended my first ApologetiX concert last night in Lincolnton. Took my wife, daughter and teenage grandkids. The show was great. As a wannabe guitar player from the 60's-70's era I was blown away by the music, but really appreciate the message and how faithful you guys are.

I wanted to let you know how much me and my eight-year-old son enjoyed your concert. At one point, I had one of those great moments in a dad's life when I watched my son see something that completely amazed him. The drummer was playing his big solo and his drums sticks were flying around while he was pounding out the beat. My son's eyes got big as a dinner plate and his mouth dropped down to his chest in utter amazement.
Before he fell asleep on our drive home, he commented on how fast the drummer's sticks were moving and how incredible it was to hear the beat come out of the flurry of motion. He is still too young to understand what being a Christian truly means and I hope to be there when he first realizes what God has done for him. I hope his reaction is just as dramatic as his reaction to the drum solo.

Wayne and I thoroughly enjoyed seeing you guys again last evening in Lincolnton! So did our boys -- this was the third ApologetiX concert for me and my two boys this year. I have seen and met a ton of Christian bands since the the mid-80's and without passing judgement on anyone else, ApologetiX is hands down the most ministry minded band of all. I love that you guys do not water down the message of the Bible at all.

Thank you for another great concert. I enjoyed every minute of it. You really are more genuine than I expected. I appreciate the walk with God that all of you guys have.
