This Past Weekend in PA & NH
Mon., Nov. 15. 2010 10:18am EST

Stroudsburg and Spofford. Obscure folk duo? Local legal firm? No, just the names of the two places we played this past weekend, Stroudsburg PA and Spofford NH. But apparently a lot of you knew that already, based on the great turnout we had for both shows.

Here are some email excerpts from our concert coordinators:

We appreciate your music and ministry. It was a pleasure working with you, and I know God was at work in the hearts of those who attended. It was a great night for us and we give the glory to Him.

Bill Koch, Executive Director
Pocono/Slate Belt Youth for Christ

All the volunteers love you guys. You won some people over last night ... hope to see you at another concert in New England.

Mark LaClair
Spofford NH
Here are some email excerpts we received afterward:
Although I have been a fan for years, last night in Stroudsburg was the first time I saw you guys and I brought 20 ninth graders with eight adults, we made it part of our third-year confirmation retreat. Anyway you guys were great, and the kids loved it. I just wanted you to know that you guys got some youth excited for Christ last night. Thank you for your ministry.

Pastor Matthew Voyer
Stroudsburg PA

Thank you for allowing us to be a part of the event last night in Stroudsburg. It was one of the most amazing events we have ever been able to be a part of ("'Not by power, nor by might, but by My Spirit' says the Lord," and His Spirit was present and amazingly active last night! I am overwhelmed). Your love for Jesus was evident, even in your interaction with us. Sometimes that is not evident in places where we minister. Anyway, you were such a blessing, and I pray you will continue until He comes again.

Susan Yurkanin
Choose This Day
Dickson City PA

It was great seeing you guys once again! The concert was excellent and I am psyched about the CD's which I'll be playing tommorrow! I've been anticipating them and the concert all week!

Martin Trudell
Albany NY

I was at the concert last night and you may have seen me to your right in the second row as I was out of my seat most of the night. I was bound and determined to get my money's worth, and I sure got it! You are so funny and you and your band's faith shines through. I plan on coming to more of your concerts when you are in the area. I have never written to any other band band before so this is a real compliment.

Nancy McClintock
Claremont NH

It was a thrill to see you last night! Loved all the new tunes -- as usual it was great! You have a way of getting the Bible message out in all sorts of ways.

Holly Craig
Riverside RI
