Update on Jeremiah's Eye Injury
Wed., Jan. 20. 2016 8:52am EST
Here's an update from APX fan Angy Kreuder, whose son Jeremiah is still recovering from the severe eye injury he suffered last year:
I know that it has been quite a while since I updated everyone on Jeremiah. His doctor's visits are becoming farther apart and we do not have as many new things to share. His eyesight is still not totally restored to normal however, he does have vision and we are grateful.
He continues to have shadowing/ghosting when looking at anything close. He also continues with the color blindness. However, it is not severe and is quite able to manage that. He continues to have to take the meds that keeps the pressure in the eye down to near a normal range. Without it, the pressure is to high and therefore could cause other issues.
I thank you for your prayers. This has been a long and somewhat difficult road, but our Lord is good and He continues to show His hand working in all things. Please pray for continued healing as well as for Jeremiah and myself to walk in faith and listen for the Lord's voice in all we do.
I have included a picture of Jeremiah in his costume as the co-op school's renaissance Christmas concert.
