Our latest CD, "Apol-acoustiX" received a nice review this week from Al Menconi Ministries, a nationally known group that helps Christian parents and leaders evaluate entertainment from a biblical perspective, and is endorsed by people like Josh McDowell and Tim LaHaye.
Here are some excerpts:
"Just when you thought ApologetiX couldn't come up with anything new (other than great parodies), they've released Apol-acoustiX, wherein the parodudes grab a pair of acoustic guitars and perform your favorite hits unplugged."
"Of course, the lyrics are as clever and as Biblical as ever, but now the music has a few twists, especially on songs like We're Not Gonna Drown, a Noahic parody of Green Day's When I Come Around."
"My favorite parody is The Sounds of Silas with a great Simon & Garfunkel imitation and quality lyrics."
"Apol-acoustix is for fans of ApologetiX. but it just may recruit some new fans as well."

Thanks to reviews like that and a great response from our fans, we're releasing "Apol-coustiX" to stores next Wednesday, June 1.
"Apol-acoustiX" features 12 acoustic parodies of some of the biggest names in rock history, including Elvis, the Beatles, Simon & Garfunkel, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, the Monkees, the Doors, Green Day and others.
