Years ago, Karl's wife, Deb, had a horse fall on her right ankle. After years of not being able to use it, wanting to cut it off, and finally finding the right doctor, she's nearly completely better. JUST in time for her trainer, Jen, to have a horse flip over on her and crush HER left ankle! Deb had difficult-to-diagnose nerve damage which eluded doctors for years, but after 3 reconstructions, she's been running on her treadmill again! Deb recently re-injured that leg (cracked the tibia) and has an MRI on the 24th and is back in an aircast.
Jen however, just plain shattered her ankle in 5 pieces. She has surgery on May 23rd and they're not sure what's going to happen.
Jen and her family are big ApologetiX fans (her dad, Dave is the air-guitar king and still listens to "Kick in the Wall" from Biblical Graffiti every morning on the way to work).
Please remember Deb's MRI and Jen, her husband Troy and their kids, Austin and Dillon in your prayers as the boys have to pick up the slack in her 30+ horse barn.
