Three More Stations Request ApologetiX
Tue., Jul. 5. 2005 5:33pm EDT
We love to get requests from radio stations adding ApologetiX for the first time. Here are three from the past week:
"I am with KIHL 103.3 FM in Hilo, Hawaii. We would like to get some music for our radio station here in Hilo. Please send whatever you can. Thank you."
Pastor Ron Brav
Calvary Chapel Hilo
"We own a radio station located near Philadelphia, PA and would appreciate your music. The only CD we have is a newer acoustic version. We currently air two of the songs, 'The Sounds of Silas' and 'Last Rain the Clouds Spill.'
"Please service our station with your music. We would truly appreciate it. I like one particular album that has a song parody of 'Love Me Do.'"
"I worked as a DJ at an AOR station for about nine years. About seven years ago, I was working the overnight shift one night. I decided to search the internet about getting into comic book illustration. I found a lot about Christian comic books. As I searched for more information, I found myself being drawn to Jesus, and a year later, my wife and I were saved. Who would have thought killing time while playing 'Low Spark of High-heeled Boys' would have led someone to Christ!
"I got out of the radio business 4 years ago. Now, I'm starting a radio show for a local Christian station, WPAS-FM. It'll be aimed at teens and college-age kids. I'd like to include The Apologetix in the mix. So how do I get added to your radio list?"
