Come See One of Jimmy's & Bill's Favorite Bands
Tue., Sep. 19. 2006 1:00am EDT
Attention, Pittsburgh-area Apologetix fans: if you are unable to make our performance in Lester AL on Saturday, October 7, you might want to check out a Swedish progressive-rock band called The Flower Kings, who will play in Pittsburgh that night. Our drummer, Jimmy "Vegas" Tanner, and keyboardist, Bill "Wild Thing" Hubauer, are both huge fans of that band. Jimmy says, "If you like the styles of Genesis and Yes, you will really enjoy The Flower Kings."

The Flower Kings will be performing at RPMs at 1020 Washington Pike (Route 50) in Bridgeville, PA, October 7, at 8 pm. Tickets are $25 in advance, and $30 the day of show. Jimmy and Bill add, "although the Flower Kings are not a Christian band, they do not present an offensive message, and they are some of the finest musicians we know."
Due to club restrictions and state regulations, it is not an "all ages" show and you must be 21 to attend. Tickets are available at the venue (412-221-7808), at the InsideOut Music webstore http://www.theiozone.com and at select Pittsburgh area CD retailers, to be listed on the IO website soon.
