This Weekend: 3 in Texas
Mon., Oct. 9. 2006 7:43am EDT
The name "Texas" comes from the Hasini Indian word "tejas," which means "friends." That's fitting for us, because we have a lot of friends in Texas. In fact, more members of our fan club hail from Texas than from our own home state of Pennsylvania!
We're coming to visit our "tejas" in Texas this weekend.
On Friday, October 13, we'll be in Cypress TX (25 miles from Houston, 75 miles from Galveston, 140 miles from Austin, 160 miles from Waco, and 170 miles from Lake Charles LA).
On Saturday, October 14, we'll be in Austin TX (80 miles from San Antonio, 100 miles from Waco, 165 miles from Houston, 195 miles from Dallas, and 215 miles from Corpus Christi).
On Sunday, October 15, we'll be in Dickinson TX (25 miles from Galveston, 35 miles from Houston, 145 miles from Lake Charles LA, 195 miles from Austin, and 215 miles from Waco).
