ApologetiX To Play 900th Concert in October

Our concert in Cambridge OH on Sunday, October 22, is slated to be our 899th concert ever. Our concert in Mechanicsville MD on Saturday, October 28, should be our 901st.
That's because we're planning to play our 900th concert on Friday, October 27. Where will that historic concert be? Stay tuned for more details in an upcoming news story.
We played our 800th concert on March 3 of this year in Toledo OH. That means 2006 is the first time we've reached two century marks in the same year. In fact, although we've been playing concerts since March 1992, we didn't even play our 300th concert until the final day before Y2K -- December 31, 1999.
It took six years and nine months to reach our first 300, just under four years to reach the next 300, and less than two years, 11 months to reach the 300 after that. At our current pace, we should reach our 1000th concert sometime in 2007, Lord willing.
