ApX Fan Moving to Nepal for Missions
Sat., Mar. 4. 2017 11:57am EST
We've sent out a lot of ApX lapel pins to fans lately, but this fan didn't want one. But he had awesome reason why:Please don't send the lapel pin. The address you have for me is a dead end.
God, in his infinite patience and mercy has made it possible for me to move to Nepal. It has been my plan to move here and serve God for 30 years. I believe it is where God wants me to come and serve and eventually die (I am 63.) So, at this point I have no "presence" in the United States, as I have gone "all in" in this venture. I'll wait to wear my lapel pin in Heaven.
Thank you for the work you do. It is a privilege to give you the little support that I am able to. I have been a big fan of CCM since the 80's and have the greatest Christian playlist in the world.
I don't consider myself an evangelist. I am what they call a tent-making missionary. My plan is to get a student VISA and learn Nepali for a few years. I hope to actually be in Nepal by August. Right now, I am in Thailand getting used to Asian culture, no car, careful eating and drinking, etc.
