Clues for This Weekend's Single
Fri., Apr. 21. 2017 8:21pm EDT
We're planning to release our eighth single of 2017 this Sunday night, Lord willing, so it's time to give you some clues. Yes, you saw the clue for Song #1 two weeks ago, but we didn't release that song at the time, so we're giving it again along with a brand-new clue for Song #2:
SONG #1
Any Christian who's being realistic right now knows he'd never be good enough in God's eyes without Christ inside, but he'll never be good enough in man's eyes with Christ inside. You can't run around with a John 3:16 shirt on and expect non-Christians to get up and applaud. If you're looking for approval, you'll have to wait till judgment day.
SONG #2
The road from Jerusalem to Jericho was notoriously dangerous. You could start off in the prime of your life and still be DOA when it was over. Travelers had to watch out every minute for bandits ready to jump them. This is the story of one of the lucky ones who survived such an attack, thanks to a good Samaritan, something once considered an oxymoron.
Once the new single is released, we'll announce it on our website, Facebook, and Twitter.
We currently have 80 other sets of downloads available for a donation of any size, including our previous release, "Lethargy" and "Phony Ol' Life," featuring parodies of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and John Cougar Mellencamp.
To get any of these projects, go to http://apologetix.com/store and select the download you want for whatever amount you wish to donate.
