ApX Webmaster Facing More Health Challenges
Fri., May. 1. 2020 2:04pm EDT
If you've been following our newsletters, you know that our webmaster, John Taylor, has been hospitalized many times over the past year, including a couple of weeks ago.
On Tuesday, we received this update from his wife, Kathy:
While in the hospital during the week of April 13, it became necessary for John to go onto dialysis. The port in his chest is temporary, but dialysis is permanent. He came home April 20, and receives dialysis three times a week. Please join us in praying for John and Kathy.
He is wiped out, not eating, struggling to take meds, and getting sick-although not like his cycles. He needs some assistance here and there due to lack of stamina. We're understanding this may be due to his body adjusting.
He's feeling flattened by a tidal wave that he didn't have a choice in, and emotionally it's so hard! We have lots to learn, decisions to make, and minor surgeries in our future. It's overwhelming, but we're hoping this leads to a better quality of life!
Thanks to all for praying and sending well wishes. Right now he may not be checking email or phone messages, but he knows you're thinking about him.
