Clues for Our 13th Single of 2020
Wed., Jul. 22. 2020 3:34pm EDT
We had planned to release our 13th single of 2020 by the end of this weekend, but then Jimmy needed to have emergency surgery. We are not sure how long this will delay the single. The tracks are already recorded, but he has to prep them before Wayne can mix them.
In the meantime, here are your clues. Think you know the artists? See how many references within the clues you can spot. There are a total of 16 — eight for each song:
Laban had two daughters. Leah may have been pretty on the inside and loaded with personality, but Rachel was Miss World and Malibu Barbie rolled into one. Yet that clouds the issue. Both sisters were forced to share a husband, who was tricked into the arrangement by their awful father. Nobody's daughter should have to live through this.
This is a story everybody knows. The song remembers when Moses was a baby in a basket on the Nile, as seen in another's eyes — his sister Miriam's — watching over him from the nearest distant shore. While trying to find a way to save her brother, she displayed a courage every girl can admire. And it's no fairytale; she was a real live woman.
Once the new single is released, we'll announce it on our website and Facebook.
