Two Emails from "The Twilight Zone"
Mon., Aug. 1. 2005 10:16pm EDT
As we were writing about last week's concerts, we wanted to include two emails we'd received from fans who attended Saturday's second surprise concert in Monroeville. Then we noticed something unusual: The emails were from Brandon Ross and Brandon Gross.
At first, we thought maybe one last name just had a missing letter or extra letter, and they were different emails from the same person. Not so. Brandon Ross is a 17-year-old fan and Brandon Gross is a 20-year-old fan, and they live two hours away from each other!
Here's what each had to say:
"Well, this message is basically just a 'thank you,' because I saw ApologetiX at Impact, and I've liked the band for years, but never really felt them change me. But after the week just having you come to Impact really helped me and now I feel so much closer to God. So thank you all, and God bless."

"The bookstore concert tonight was great, and the convention concert was even better! I've said it before and I'll say it again -- ApologetiX rocks!
My mom was impressed and is now an ApologetiX fan. She loves the devotion the band has for Christ and for the fans.
"I'll see you guys in E-town next month! Can't wait! That'll be my 4th ApologetiX concert this year! (with 2 and 3 being tonight.)
"Again thanks for being awesome. J.'s list of his top 10 verses in the Bible (during the message at the end of the concert) has encouraged me to read the Bible and pick out a top ten that apply to my life!
"Also my brother and I did some shameless promotion for ApologetiX down at Creation. We decked my car out with that paint stuff which said "ApologetiX fans 4 life" and "We Want ApologetiX at Creation," and apparently so do a lot of other poeple. I pray they fill out the "who would you like to see at Creation East" forms and slap down ApologetiX
